These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of VV Builder ("the site," "we," or "us"), accessible at vvbuilder.online. By accessing or using the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
VV Builder is a free, fan-made web tool that allows users to plan, save, and share character builds for the game VV Ultimatum. The site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Features may change or be removed at any time without notice.

It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the developers, publishers, or rights holders of VV Ultimatum, the Bleach franchise, or any related intellectual property. Builds you save and name on VV Builder ("User Content") may become publicly visible through the Popular Builds panel and shareable links. By saving or naming a build, you grant VV Builder a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to host, display, and distribute that content as part of the site's normal operation.
You retain whatever rights you have in your build configurations. We do not claim ownership of your builds. We do reserve the right to remove or modify any User Content that violates these Terms, that we believe in good faith infringes someone else's rights, or that we determine is inappropriate for the site at our sole discretion.
You are solely responsible for your User Content and for ensuring it does not violate any law or third-party right.
The original code, design, layout, and original written content of VV Builder are the property of the developer and are protected by copyright. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the site's code or design without prior written permission, except for personal, non-commercial use in your browser as required to view the site normally.
Game-related content (skill names, descriptions, lore references, faction names, character art when present) belongs to the respective rights holders. If you are a rights holder and believe content on this site infringes your rights, see Section 11 (DMCA) below.
VV Builder may display advertising provided by Google AdSense or other ad networks. We do not control the content of these ads and are not responsible for their accuracy, legality, or any transactions you enter into with advertisers.
The site may also contain links to third-party websites (such as Discord, game-related communities, or rights holders' official pages). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those sites. Following an external link is at your own risk.
Your use of VV Builder is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VV Builder, its developer, and any contributors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the site, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, loss of in-game progress or currency, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible losses, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total cumulative liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the site will not exceed one hundred United States dollars (USD $100) or the amount you have paid us in the past twelve months, whichever is greater. (VV Builder is free, so the amount you have paid is typically zero.)

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Michigan, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Michigan, USA.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and VV Builder regarding your use of the site. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
